I didn’t watch too much of any region except Americas last year, what happened to Saya? I just clocked that he is not on a Franchised team but rather a Challengers team. From what I remember he was pretty good especially with the OP

qualed to Shanghai but was mid throughout. Is still good enough for tier 1 but KR talent is so stacked that hes prob not gonna make it on a KR team

I watched T1 and Saya played pretty good in Split 2. I definitely think there's a lot of potential in him. Especially if he plays sentinel.

it seems like he didnt really find a place since most rosters were full and patrick who was better on ge trials than him despite of the fact that he looked good for a while, now there isnt really any free slots, now he plays on t2 japan on reject and he doing good just as expected, taking in count he speaks english if he gets back to his level and talon still goes for english speaking team i wouldnt mind if he gets on it over governor ngl he has always been better even when both played on NA anyways, or he might go to eg i guess

It seems like saya is enjoying himself playing in Japan t2 after not finding team in franchise. He originally wanted to play in Japan before heading to US so I'm glad he can play in Japan as he wished once. Maybe he'll comeback to franchise who knows. Also his japanese is very good, like legit impressive (better than a lot of Korean players in jp t2)
