TS needs new management. The IGL cant be the one who gets to decide coaching and player changes
Coaching Staff Overhaul. Get an assertive coach and a decent assistant coach
Get Jremy off of duelist and let him go Sentinel. He has great mechanics but cant perform under the pressure of being a duelist

Jessievash can either go coach or retire

the only realistic thing they can do is pick up JA(since he is a free agent) and promote secre from the academy team

idk about azys, yes he was good but his performance during 2023 ascension was not the best and I feel like georgyyy is the best fit for this team

azys can perform under pressure. we dont need an amazing duelist, we just need someone who is more consistent. Jremy can carry from the sentinel position and invy and wildoreoo can fill up the rest

Change management, get a good coach and let him build the roster, even naos a local org can get players in sea, TS is so conservative of changes and lazy about their map pool. If they can’t do anything about this just leave partnership altogether I rather see other representation like Australia etc.
