if you're eating .7g of protein per lb of of body weight then it is almost inevitable.

I've eaten between .6-1 g of protein per lb body weight for years and never struggled with constipation. Try incorporating more whole grains, even just substituting brown rice for white rice will help. Another great approach is to bulk cook more soups, caldo de res or pozole verde with shredded chicken can be both protein rich while also getting you worthwhile vegetables/liquids.

Im a gym rat so I eat atleast 120g of protein per day, never have problems with constipation, I eat plenty of fibre and eat lots of sunflower seeds, walnuts and psyllium husks to help with digestion.
