It’s not just scouting and management problem, I find them lazy, their map pool is predictable and not deep despite sticking for another year. Im pretty sure their map pick this year is mainly haven, abyss, lotus, split. Fracture meh but we have yet to see, bad on pearl and bind as usual. Like damn bind is on this game for how many years now and they’re still bad and banning it. If they will never dictate the meta, they remain to be mid AT BEST but rn looking like the 12th for pacific and you will see their social post something like “revenge arc” come on bro its 2025 and still on revenge arc . 🤡 As for TS.AC idk there’s a lot of talent in SEA and idk how they ended up with this.

100% this + I feel like what's happening on this team is that jessie is like a head coach/igl player (pretty much has control on the team), notice how they've been signing random coaches every year and then release them at the end of season?? Atp they're just filling in the spot while jessie does most of the work alone and maybe the coach only helps on the side and its literally evident in their matches every time their coach takes a time out, the coach doesnt even talk like wtf are we doing?? It really fucking sucks cuz it looks like they're not trying to win by not signing a proper coach. Its not like the org is fucking poor why not spend money on good coach and assistant to handle the strats and just let jessie focus on igling.

If rushindra does not own/manage ge (idk his full relationship) and if he owns/manage ts instead, i think he can build a better filipino roster. That guy is dedicated af. This is not recency bias, that guy has passion despite their failure in 23 and 24, I see his vision. A guy like him is needed for ts management, otherwise TS is just happy to be there not winning or anything.
