Idk I've lost hope for this team, Alecks is a good coach but i think a guy like warbirds would've been so good as Assistant coach for this team

As a coach, if you cannot find a solution after three years with this core, then you are as accountable as the players.

That's still a coach problem, coaches teach fundamentals, telling a player not to swing and teaching them good fundamentals is different, you cant just give players strats and hope they will figure out the rest like how to play man advantages

Who says Alecks hasn't tried teaching them though? Plus, even if he hasn't, you would think pro players would learn the basics after making the same mistakes year after year. If they haven't by this point, is more than clear is more of a players problem than a coach problem.
Not to say Alecks can't do better but to put the blame on him entirely when is clear the issue is more on the players, is stupid.

brother these are the very basics, unsalaried tier 2 players without a coach know how to play these situations
