its working cuz they are playing against fucking furia. There is no way you do well with a raze who cant entry against serious teams like g2, sen or Nrg.
There is a whole season ahead bruh, the team trusts in him to play and obviously the more you play you get better and a role like Raze is different than playing in Ranked, so the more official game experience he gets and starts getting in the best form and more comfortable he will cook, yes he had a off-game on Jett Map1 but that wasnt his best at all, nowhere near
