We have great casual playerbase but a playerbase of less than 30 aspiring pros so there's no depth unfortunately.
Also GE did a tryout where everyone was allowed nd only 11 Indians registered with 7 appearing for tryouts so ......yeah plus they had to trial on ping disadvantage and only 1 of them made it till final rounds of tryouts.
Some of the best Indian pros didn't even tryout probably due to lack of trust or lack of faith in themselves or alternatively in GE.
