Rn americas is
Sen > 100t > c9=loud > nrg > rest

I would expect G2 to get rated somewhere above 100T or Sen depending on how they do and I am not sure about Lev right now.

c9 were not convincing, they had closer maps than sen 100t.
nrg looked so bad, comparing NRG to today's 100T should be illegal.

C9 should have demolished NRG on Fracture honestly, they just had a really poor CT side, otherwise that game should've been around 13-3/4/5 ish. Criminal that it ever even got to OT, but if C9 improves and actually doesn't choke the important games, they could definitely be a team to look out for.

if we look at win conditions, SEN has more than C9. SEN needs Zekken to takeover, it's a good thing JohnQT showed brilliance this match as a top fraggin IGL. Meanwhile, C9 is kinda the regular season demons. Xeppa and OXY is seems to be always doing well and hero plays and there's Mitch too, so unless SEN turns on their game they might get tripped by C9.
