Don't think there are many real japanese and Mongolian who are active in vlr. And most of those real one don't even watch sumo ig.
But still for someone who has interest but not much idea of sumo, which games would you recommend to watch?

its literally japanese (Sumo & Baseball) and mongolian (Sumo & Bokh) national sports

you should probably watch the makuuchi division (tier 1) there's an ongoing tournament rn and there is livestream of it on youtube or twitch
