It used to be like this. If they reverted it back, people would realize how nice it is to not get a penalty and the dodge rate would go CRAZY. It would be a worse dodge rate than it was before.
dodging is already awful bc some noobs wait until the timer runs out which wastes everyone's time instead of just altf4ing
