VCT is for everyone but since the scene is dominated by men, GC was made to ensure that women and everyone else can have the opportunity to enter VCT. Flor just happens to be goated enough to get signed by a VCT team.

vct is open to anyone over the age of 18, regardless of gender

Game changers exists to promote women and other marginalized

i mean if any woman could come to vct why hasnt anyone already

there's plenty of reasons: smaller talent pool, T2 overlapping with GC, higher barrier to entry, etc.
