how did florescent come to vct i thought vct was for male and gamechangers was for the woman i mean if any woman could come to vct why hasnt anyone already

simple answer, none were good enough. VCT is open to everyone.

gc is meant to be a stepping stone too help these players get into tier 1

VCT was never male only, other VCT teams have trialed woman before but they were not chosen i think the most well known is meL

VCT is for everyone but since the scene is dominated by men, GC was made to ensure that women and everyone else can have the opportunity to enter VCT. Flor just happens to be goated enough to get signed by a VCT team.

there's plenty of reasons: smaller talent pool, T2 overlapping with GC, higher barrier to entry, etc.
