They wouldn't be allowed to compete in gc, there are interviews and a whole process to "certify" that they are marginalized gender and such, among various things they take account things like social media and how long they have been trans/nonbinary/etc. Yay wouldn't pass that process.

why do they have to be gay from all the way back?

what if they dont state outright that they are gay because theyre afraid of discrimination?
sounds like a flawed system to me
because the logic behind "proving" someones sexuality is fundamentally flawed
