(I'm completely guessing, there is no evidence that it is in fact cloud)
I think it'd be a visa issue if it was yeah, I remember a few days ago he said something along the lines of 'A team needs a sub due to visa issues and they offered me a chance to play'

edit: actually scratch all that about cloud, it is still likely a visa issue but looking at the roles runner makes a lot more sense (Cloud is also the IGL)
