Different grips have different pros and cons, I was checking which one offers more smoothness, stability, if any muscles get extra strain etc.

For everyone confused, thereβs a bunch of ways you can hold your mouse but the 2 main ones are palm and claw. Palm is a lot more natural for a lot of people but claw is theoretically better because of the range of motion. With palm, you can use your whole arm for large macro-flicks and wrist for micro flicks, but with claw you can use both of those and you fingertips for smaller micro flicks which is why it is theoretically better.
But honestly imo comfort is much more important, I come from 1.8 minecraft pvp, where there is a high emphasis on click speed and so palm is important there, but itβs really important to not change it and keep it consistent
