Technically ascension teams had shorter times to design their capsules (Since the ascended teams were confirmed around september), and im not surprised if riot started designing these capsules from the start of Shanghai- Stage 2.

i would understand, but considering they made it so all the capsules are just recolors of each other, i am very confused as to why they havent been able to include 4 more teams, that literally just needed to choose a color pallete

Im not trying to speak for rito but, the color selections should have a deep meaning behind them to not make every classic repetitive as last year, Apeks need to make their classic unique and not orange since nrg already taken orange.
