And NRG Top 2 in all Events seems kind of like a long shot (Not saying that they're bad, just not that kind of good to be this dominant)

Even in Americas, there are many teams stronger than Lev. MIBR, Furia, KRU, SEN, NRG, G2 and maybe 100t seem stronger than Lev, or at least at the same level.

They might, but I feel like all the teams I mentioned have a better chance of making their system work compared to Lev.
