I take a shower, wash my face, brush and floss my teeth, do some stretching, then read a book and then get some shut eye! What about you???

crocodilemaniac [#9]Shower (usually mid afternoon so i don't get crazy bed hair the next morning), brush teeth, skin care routine, stretches, journal the daily activities then sleep
I admire you and anyone that can persistently journal. Do you find it hard to do it everyday?

Was listening to the radio sometime in y10 (so like, I was around 14 and a half) and they were talking about how cool it would be to have an archive of your life. Basically i believed I was destined for greatness and didn't want my history to go unrecorded. So ever since that day as a 14 year old I've been writing what I have done in that day every single day. i'll admit my journalling back then was awful but now it's gotten much better (I'm 18 now so I've been jounalling for almost 4 years straight). It originally was never about the whole self improvement meditation crap I did it so I could remember my life, the happy and bad moments I felt at the time. These days I try to think back to y10 or even earlier than that and I can not remember shit but whenever I flip through that journal it's crazy how some memories come back and all the stuff I've forgotten too. As for if it's hard? Not at all. It's been ingrained into my life it takes about 20 minutes but if you're determined enough you can do it.

yeah I'm a morning shower person but I have longer hair and sometimes I work morning shifts (5am wake ups) so it's just easier to shower at night on those days
MathMaterial [#13]Making a list of things to not do Starting today
Your list should include 'not using your brain'. as a priority.
