alasannya adalah, bisa bantuin coach buat develop the younger players, growth nya biar gak kacau dan ready buat vct. kan tujuannya selalu promosi. si player umur 16-17 tahun biar ready, si player umur tua biar bisa jadi coaching staff.
Kan udh gw bilang academy valo masih baru, ntar kalo semisal udah lancar pasti bakal diisi young talent aja, ini masih awalan jadi butuh sosok senior dulu

I don't think they do scouting because it's just so awful that there is no excuses for it. Yoshii has been killing it in the JP scene for years and it doesn't seem they even trialed him after all those years, also they signed Invy to such a long contract that he is pretty much jailed on Secret and will never have the chance to leave them for an actual good tier1 team. Anyways hopefully this team and org get last place both in VCT and Challengers so they eventually get kicked out of partnership.
