He's still one of the few players who have understood how good the outlaw is on round two. I think it still isn't bought enough considering how cracked it is against ecos and weak buys. Him, zekken and Leaf are kinda the only one in NA right?

yea, also outlaw makes enemy team think what do they want: taking light shield and util, or full shield, but making strats and execs weaker due to lack of some util. mind games weapon imo
yep, it's way easier to get value out of it on bonus than with a marshall
im abusing this on ranked and 3rd round is a free win if couple of enemies have light shield, you basically have an op in round 3

I am also abusing the overpowered stupid weapon problem? doesnt mean that it shouldnt be nerfed
outlaw in ranked is just cheat code, even if you dont kill you make them 1tap, makes it easier for your potato aim teammates to finish them off
