I keep seeing all these posts about how and why we should feel bad for Oxy and why C9 should free Oxy
Stop
Oxy did it to himself by signing a 3 year contract for C9 in big 2024
"Oh but he is getting paid the bag for playing video games while you are sitting at home typing"
Yea and that is okay, no one is denying that. But C9 didn't put him on a mind control device and force him to sign the contract did they. He signed it himself. Good or bad, it's on him, not C9.
If he loves C9, that's good, he is playing for his favourite team, if he signed it for the money, good too, he is getting paid.

Stop feeling bad for him. We may blame C9 for a thousand things, but this completely on Oxy and not on C9.

If he goes on to become the GOAT, that's on him and if he completely fumbles out of the scene, that's completely on him too.

Sure he is in a terrible spot but when he was gonna get signed from t1 he had plenty of other options, he just went for the highest paying which isn't always the best option. I'm not saying i don't feel bad for him since he was pretty young when he signed his deal and I think there should be a contract limit at that age range but sometimes you just gotta lay in the bed you made

Even if that is true, he was told about being on a 3 years contract. Lots of young people in esports scene, if they can manage their contracts, maybe you are the problem.
Stop babying Oxy and maybe hold him accountable
And I am not saying it is anyone's fault either
Just saying whatever happens, is on him

18 in america is legally an adult. being allowed to drink or not is such a dumb metric. so many people get into alcohol way before that lol, it's even normal in a lot of countries

true. oxy should've took a peek into the future and noticed that c9 was going to sign him shit teammates (and mishandling them, ruining any chance of team development) for the next few years. that's his fault
