whats the point of zekken playing neon on pearl if he's prob not gna play in the reg season with her nerfs. sure neon might help them win but shouldn't you be using these matches to practice for the upcoming season with the comps ur gna run

well one reason, may be that the neon nerfs were announced fairly recently, and it doesn't make sense to override their practice that they have done for SOOP because of changes made public within the past week. Another reason is that they could be hiding comps/strats in the off season while neon is still great and they can win with it. I find option 2 less likely, but still a possibility.

I guess Sen want to do their best in a 25000 dollar tournament and then try to change their comps in the month they have left. Playing the comp that they would be playing in Kickoff would also be valid tho

Probably hiding the comp theyre actually going to use. IK the neon nerfs were made public recently but we all knew she was getting nerfed a while ago. If a coach still practices with neon when they know shes getting nerfed would be idiotic.Thats like practicing with stickum on your football gloves when its banned in the actual games.

Tbf I wouldn't be surprised if teams actually this teams were built around having a dedicated chamber despite the nerfs being sorta obvious and SEN were definitely the biggest culprit of this but then again d0phh

Chamber was defenitley way more OP then Neon was, He had to get nerfed like 3 times. chamber also lasted a whole year and Neon was like 2 months.
