val appeal trouble

got a response from a riot agent for an afk ban in which I kept getting lagged out which led to afk bans stacking up and eventually I got banned for 1 week. The response tells me to download the riot repair tool and the steps are to: Simply right-click and run it as administrator, select the game, and wait for the tool to compile the necessary files. Once it finishes, open the "Riot Logs" folder from your desktop, and attach the .zip files it contains to this application (there should be a folder called "System Logs" and a folder with the game logs). I can't find this riot logs folder or the zip files they contain. any help would be greatly appreciated

Don't put more Tencent spyware on your PC, simple. Just tell them remove your ban and try reinstalling the game, personally I wouldn't cus Val is dogshit

Fuckers said it was my fault that my ISP went down for unannounced unscheduled maintenance at 3am and made me miss like 5 rounds of a rank up match, got a match ban and 0RR despite still team MVPing.
