C9 management is severely retarded, you drop Rossy because of his igling style? He literally made you guys look like a functioning team for once. If you were so unhappy drop one of those weights on your team like Xeppa or Moose, just set your organization back another 2 years with this decision. in their defense fixing someones igling when they were already bad before is already hard

Rossy will make your team win while being a strict IGL and demanding with his teammates.
Mitch will make the team comfortable but not push the team to their limits.
Letting the team decide who plays or doesn't is not a professional decision by the staff. Most of the players will choose the chill and calm IGL instead of the methodical and strict IGL who really push you to win.

c9 can drop others who botfragging every game and get an igl that fit for the team
