This is like a job when working with better people sometimes you have to suck it up and be better at that moment it sucks but in longer run it make you better at what you do

I had a research intern experience in college The phd student i was working with was Dick but since i have to get through it I tolerated it now when i look back i learnt much in those 6 months what I haven't in next 2 years...

Change is hard but sometimes going through it makes you much better and stronger.

Also as a coach immi you have to manage your players they have been bootcamping for more than a month in korea there is no way this rift start in one day so take some responsibility and get these kids in line in scrims if someone was being rude call them out or talk to them in private that they cant do this to their teammates or whatever...

but tbf a person losing a year due to this shit is just braindead as fk coz there is no way he gets a team now or if he even gets a team they ain't winning shit this is just immature on their manager and coach's part if i would be c9 ceo i will call both their manager and coach out for their tomfoolery
