I don't think I understand the timings fully.

Usually they do it for an agent release or a map release, which is usually near the end of an act/episode.
The Episode and Act end in 46 days, so say it's 2 weeks long we'll get it in 32 days, so my guess is 25th Dec

I work for riot so i just checked and it looks like your night market is going to be smite phantom and 4 green screen skins
