acend dominated 2021. They won 2 Emea championships. They beat Prime Gambit 3 times (they beat m3c 3 times too) and became world champions. Def not fluke!

Rigged match against Vivo Keyd, Riot gave them 7 rounds for free and played against Gambit players who had 3 hours of sleep because they had to test for covid early in the morning after an extensive BO5 the night before, where they came to the hotel at like 3-4 AM.
Definitely a fluke.
