I know you guys don't care but I'm proud of myself. For this past month I have made a conscious effort to STOP ordering food and eating unhealthy garbage and have started actually cooking again. These are all meals that I have made for the last 2 weeks (except for the steak bowl, I made that in February).

I definitely feel better and less tired compared to last month. I'm going to keep trying :)

Ginger beef and broccoli on noodles. I'm gonna make that on Friday because I have the oven roasted chicken meal prepped for today and tomorrow

Unironically they're known to support heart health, reduce inflammation, and even improve mental health.
This is a really decent type of food especially if your losing weight.
