its has good airflow
enough space for radiators can easily fit a big thick gpu
and doesnt drain the bank account

ngl with how the sizes of nvidia gpu's seem to just constantly increase, a 5090 might be too big considering a 4090 is already pushing it in that case. Eventually cards will have to either get smaller or stay the same, which might be what happens with the 5090 but its worth mentioning. A h6/h7 may be the better pick.

I’m a fan of SFF builds but they go for a premium because itx motherboards and SFF PSUs are niche products with less supply. A good budget option that’ll fit an mATX board is the Dan A3 at 26L.
