Unironically it could be a decent idea, as they do allow "international websites" for foreigners in NK. They also have like offbrand cola and Mcdonalds for the Americans that need it. Most of your living expenses and such are paid off by the government and apparently it is easy to get a job. So Apply now to North Korean universities.
