For example Miniboo Raze diffed Aspas on Champs Lower Final but it does not mean he is better than Aspas on Raze in 2024 overall
For example Derke hardly ever play Jett and he is not cracked on Jett. But he is cracked on Yoru. Because of that Derke gets low point in general.
Zekken is insane on Neon but I think he is mid on Raze's abilities and does not prefer to play Jett. Also in 2025 N4rrate will play Jett on Sentinels which clarifies my point.

Result : Aspas is not the best on an agent but it is on top overall. If t3xture learns how to abuse with Neon, he will be on the top.
