So I am trying different sens and for some reason the one with higher Edpi feels slower

1600 dpi 0.106 which gives 169.6 Edpi feels faster then 800 DPI 0.21 which gives 168.0

168 is lower so why does 800 dpi feels faster if someone could explain. been trying to decide between these 2 sens for a while

tbh its gotta be placebo
here's what I would try: go in to the range and line up with a certain pixel on a wall, move your mouse a certain distance (maybe like from your keyboard to the edge of your mousepad), do it for both sensitivities and see if they end up at similar spots

if its not the first thing I would check is if you have 'enhanced pointer precision' on in windows settings

Here’s the thing, despite say 0.5 400 dpi and 0.25 800 dpi being the same sens, they actually don’t feel the same
It’s recommended to just stick with whatever dpi that you feel most comfortable with

You
Can test this by going to an aim trainer and playing the task on the same edpi but different dpi and you’ll prolly get higher scores with the dpi ur most used to

169.6 > 168.0

High Polling rate would cause that

I tried what you told me and they were similarly very close but overall feeling the higher Dpi feels slower. I hit immortal with 800 DPI 0.213 but it felt too fast lately so switched too 0.21 and its so hard to chose if i should stick with it or move to 0.106 1600 dpi because i have insane games on that too.
