I ordered a custom sen champs jersey with my IGN printed on the back and man am I disappointed with the quality of it, especially since I paid like 20-30 dollars more. After a couple of washes ts already cracking I mean it is to be expected but like... I would've thought these printed decals would last longer no? I'm for sure never spending more for custom names on the future though.

same, I bought a sen jersey on 2021 and quality is dogshit, literally just an all around printed harsh cloth with 0 details, hell even the neck is different from the one pros use

Ehh. The quality of the cloth is alright, it's pretty much just your everyday activewear type fabric with a red design. I am a little disappointed with the lack of elasticity around the neck and yeah the decal

The Y and O are definitely the worst of all the letters, however each letter does suffer similar texture and degradation. You may think, people won't notice or care, and it doesn't really matter and you're right. To be honest I'm not losing any sleep over it but if I'm paying like $20-$30 more for a custom print I would kind of hope that they would do a good print job but it's whatever. BTW I did wash it in a fabric bag on a cold wash so I'm pretty sure it's not human error but who knows. It dried on a clothes rack inside.

I think jerseys are pretty sensitive to heat
I was looking to buy one from another org a few days ago and the instructions said not to wash a temps higher than 30 degrees

yeah my washing machine is always on a cold cycle and I put all my jerseys, and clothes for that matter, in a washing bag when I was them so I'm pretty disappointed.

Do you inverse them ? It help a lot in conserving the quality
