For and Against Transgenders in GC

As i am seeing people of VLR are either for or against TG in GC ... i just wanted to give my own opinions towards it and i hope i won't offend anyone by it

For trans - I think it's good that valorant is giving the opportunity to the trans people to play and compete in the esports scene through GC without any backlash or playing in a toxic environment. They also should be given a chance like others and i fully support that as it is not like normal sports where men saying they are trans/women participating in women sports and gain huge advantage which is absolutely wrong .
Against trans - I would like to give some exceptions towards trans tho like valo commentators should not be forced to use others pronouns except he/she and also I hope any man is not pretending to be trans or woman just to play in GC and gain money as it's kinda cheating and also there might be a better girl player whom they are not giving chance just to provide more representation towards trans which many orgs do in esports and outside.

I honestly don't care man
This has been talked about like a thousand times over the past few days. We get it. We have heard all the points. It's exhausting honestly seeing threads being made every single hour about the same shit. It's nothing new. If you are for it, just keep watching. If you are against it, hate Valorant and Riot for not aligning with your ideologies not the players. Fuck you saying fuck them for. They didn't do anything wrong.

They did it with Bob two years ago, now with Flor and all the others too. At the end of the day, you have to understand they are humans. With flor, she is 18 btw. And people have been saying really bad stuff to her since she was 16. It's not alright to say these things to these players. I don't know why it is so hard to understand that.

Oh sorry i am almost new here in VLR so i didn't know this topic was going on for a long time ........ And yeah i support your point they should play however they like ... that's why i said that it's esports not normal sports they should play wherever they are comfortable if they have the option to choose.

I understand where you are coming from because it feels like you can exploit that fact that nb players can play in gc but honestly I dont care enough and just want gc to work

I don't think it will work while people can easily fake being nb and join GC. The women are having their spots stolen time and time again

how are you going to enforce this without going against the ideals of gc that riot is trying to represent? add a lockout period where you have to announce that you are nb and can only play after a certain amount of time? there will just incentivize toxic witch-hunting and make gc even worse than it actually is. I chose to see the best in people and I assume there will be significantly more people playing in good faith than bad
