Challengers vs GC

Genuinely curious .... Whats the approx pay difference between Challengers (T2) and GC players ...... like is the difference huge,low or negligible

Top teams get paid (salary) upto what bottom Tier 1 teams pay
Mid table to bottom get paid none since mostly they are not even part of an org
But regional playoffs have the same prize pool as challengers
Main difference is in GCC

Challengers teams (minus the big ones like MxS and M80) get paid mcdonalds salaries

Top GC teams get paid pretty decently
