Using everything legal in game is absolutely fine to win . Playing with judge or odin is okay . Abusing neon is okay as everyone play to win
It's upto riot , in which direction they want to take the game , making things balanced or not .

I dont like it so its wrong because random vlr users should dictate how t1 pros should play 😠😠😠
