Caucasian means from Caucasus, I have seen enough people from Caucasus in my life to say that n4rrate is 0% Caucasian, if I have to locate him based on phenotype I would say Denmark/NL/Northern Germany/northeastern England

In the US and Canada it's generally, rightfully or wrongfully, used for someone who consideres themselves white or of European decent. Not sure why but when you sign up or apply for something like college it was common to see a white or Caucasian ethnic selection. It's becoming less common but it's still in the language.
