I am sorely uninformed about both apac and china and honestly I want to rectify that so I can enjoy their games as well as properly assess their fantasy value
Denjisideals [#3]What do you want to know about APAC and China, Herpesman
for apac some up and coming sleeper players but also a general explanation of china as I have no clue who is actually good other than edg and fpx
saynotoherpes [#4]this is especially pointed towards up and coming t2 players but also the general scene in reference to china
just watch TMVs streams of the games lil bro, you'll either learn everything or contract brain rot reading chat ask him to oil up. either way, win/win

saynotoherpes [#14]also why are prx fans gassing their team up so hard, they really dont look that good
because a lot of PRX fans (lettuce guy) are annoying
chrlxz [#5]NOVA is a team to watch, 2 great talents in guang and cb and swerl is a good import duelist
thanks for an actual response, their comps honestly look troll asf but ill keep an eye on them just because they sound fun
saynotoherpes [#14]also why are prx fans gassing their team up so hard, they really dont look that good
they always win apac in like 1-2 place they just not do well on international some way most of them believe this is it but always end up ass for some reason
saynotoherpes [#6]for apac some up and coming sleeper players but also a general explanation of china as I have no clue who is actually good other than edg and fpx
Ion know much about CN so Imma yap about APAC
Meteor's brother is really cracked actually, he is in T1's academy roster iirc or atleast used to be.
https://www.vlr.gg/player/29839/tenten
Almost every second Korean player is cracked, probably the most stacked tier 2 in APAC
Some MYSG rosters are good
PatrickWatson and Papichulo are probably the best PN tier 2 players (talkin' about so far, I don't know how they will do with GE)
Lots of Koreans in Japanese tier 2
South Asia probably you have heard of Venka and Techno at some point from South Asian users on this site
I can't remember much at this point but uhh these were just at the top of my head
CanadaMan [#7]just watch TMVs streams of the games lil bro, you'll either learn everything or contract brain rot reading chat ask him to oil up. either way, win/win
whats the oiling man valorant meme about
Poh1238 [#18]they always win apac in like 1-2 place they just not do well on international some way most of them believe this is it but always end up ass for some reason
I only watched apac when it came to internationals last year so I couldnt really comment on them, is their issue that they regress during internationals or is their playstyle too puggy to work against higher level competition
curlyhole [#21]whats the oiling man valorant meme about
someone told him to oil up if a team won (i forgot which one) TMV said sure, that team did not win but for some reason the entire Valorant community acted as if TMV owed them the oil so it continues to this day
CanadaMan [#23]someone told him to oil up if a team won (i forgot which one) TMV said sure, that team did not win but for some reason the entire Valorant community acted as if TMV owed them the oil so it continues to this day
the fact that he was open to the possibility gives us an in
saynotoherpes [#24]the fact that he was open to the possibility gives us an in
While that may be true, I WILL oil up for monetary compensation

CHINA
It is very likely EDG, FPX and Trace are top 3 again this year. FPX are adding Yosemite in place of Lysoar, but as long as that doesnt go terribly the top 3 should be set. As for the final champs spot, it seems like one of Nova/Wolves/DRG will end up there, with WOL looking quite strong so far this offseason. (WOL has a very good fragging core with Lysoar, Spring, and Yuicaw.) Nova has far performed expectations with their current roster, GuanG CB Swerl and Ezeir have all looked quite promising at different points in the offseason. DRG look quite iffy right now, and I am tempted to put XLG over them here, but given DRG have just made 2 roster moves (Spiritz1 and Cangshu from Taiwan) and so I'll give them some leeway. (Vookashu and TvirusLuke still seem pretty good, and at the very least Spiritz1 seems promising.) XLG has been relatively successful this offseason, although they have been giga hard carried by Happywei and Rarga's strong performances. Most of the rest of CN has been pretty mid to bad, although a few players to watch out for are AG and Tyloo's neon hard carries Spitfires and Ninebody, who played pretty good at the offseason Wall-E cup.
TLDR China top 3 seems locked EDG FPX Trace, with #4 being Nova/Wol/DRG, players to look out for in China are Spring, Yuicaw, Spiritz1, Happywei, with HMs of Spitfires and Ninebody
