when will rest of teams announce rosters???

i think all teams needs to prac so i wonder why did not all teams announce roster by now

a lot of teams like to announce their rosters later on so they get more of the publicity instead of competing with sentinels/nrg roster announcements

esp if they arent doing much in the offszn it doesnt matter for them to announce (also some teams are still trialing)
