apparently he has a lot of out of server intangibles and his neon is by far his best agent, if there were any meta to keep him on the team for it is this one

yes but primmie is 10x better on neon thats why lately primmies been on the neon

primmie is the better player but I feel the gap between govs neon and his other agents is worth moving primmie to another role that still provides high production
