Drx have a huge ceiling i mean the aim is already there they just need to start to follow the basic stuff like play together in a 2v1 dont give them free 1v1s and break the sova dart. I have hopes i think they are in more off season tourneys

Their fundamentals are looking very sloppy...

they are not there they don't even peek together in mid round they just have plans for first 30sec then they play their own game or do a book strat
Mako is ass when the other team reads him

it’s not fundamentals, both games started unlucky and snowballed, and then they just said fuck it and ran it down

Fr they need to really work on playing as a team again. Like, on sunset on one of the rounds they won, why did hyunmin go before Athan used the breach ult on b? It led to both hyumnin and mako dying to what would have been a free kill with he breach ult. And that's just one example. The team play really needs work. This wasn't as big of an issue with the old iteration because the players had some experience with playing on the team beforehand (and flashback was built different). DRX does have 2 months at least to work on these issues. Maybe it's something that will get sorted out in due time. They players are individually very skilled but that won't be enough to cut it in 2025.

No it's fundamentals. Do you see how geng plays? They move as a unit, even when they are losing. Karon, texture and munchkin move with the same plan and the same idea in their minds when they make a play. Every move they make is thought out and works towards the play succeeding. Drx used to be like that at their best, but not any more. Maybe it was first tournament jitters from the new drx players but the team work that other teams have shown can't be seen from them. Individual plays have carried them through the tournament, along with fpx being really bad. Stop coping, it would be better if you accepted their shortcomings instead of lying to yourself and the rest of us when you try to convince yourself that drx is perfect. It's ok for a team to be bad after roster changes. No one expected them to be perfect. They just need to work those problems out before the 2025 season begins.

what part of “they just said fuck it and ran it down” did you not understand

You could easily tell the way the played at the start of the match differed heavily compared the the rest, they either got unlucky asf, or Talon just pulled out a bullshit one time use play.

Then why did they look sloppy and bad from the very beginning of the match?? This is a new team, they simply aren't going to be good at playing together. There's no reason why they should have been losing if they traded effectively and worked together. This was the same problem yesterday too

Yeah 2v1's are very important to play well. Speaking of which...

"Pronax and KRIMZ, they just need two kills here, and they will win it, for the second time. Pronax with one Fribeeerg OHHHHHHH FRIBERG HE SPRAYS DOWN, HE GETS BOTH KILLS! AND THE GRAND FINAL CONTINUES, 15-13!"
