Coaches can talk after each round?

In a pro match, coaches and assistant coaches can talk to the players after each round?? Is that it? Cause i thought it's only during timeouts or half time.

In scrims maybe but not in officials tournament.

I don't think they're allowed to talk to their players at all except for timeouts in official tournaments
