Champs. Don't matter how the season started, how it ended does. You don't remember FNC being called the best team in the world after EG won champs even though they took both masters last year, right? EG on the other hand had such a rough early to mid season but were still considered the best team in the world the moment they lifted the champs trophy. Winning champions became irrelevant after every each seasons.
Look at ACEND on 2021 they won champs and all we can remember is Gambit being the best team of that year.
LOUD won champs 2022 but Optic Gaming was called as the greatest team of that year.
Evil Genius also won champs on 2023 but all we can also remember is that Fnatic dominated that year.
Same goes for champions 2024 where an unexpected team won Champs but got irrelevant after a month and GenG was called as the best team of that year.
ACEND isn't remembered because they should've lost to keyd (cypher cam incident)
