I mean this seems to be confirmed from rocket bullets side and i think I had heard last year eg didn't have enough money so it seems like he lowered his ask i guess considering his shaky performances for the past two years no team would try to buy him for a big amount as he's not been that good for some time now and thus gotta prove himself again as better people are there on market
