do you think gc teams will intentionally lose

so far its just skill issue for the teams to qualify to a better league but even if they have the skill, do you think orgs will let themselves move to t2? to put it simply, gc teams have a much better chance of earning money than being in t2. for example, TSM who were one of the top t2 teams has earned less than g2 gozen
