pheonix is still the worst duelist, provides literal no value to teammates, only has selfish util

The flash being his new rechargeable ability makes him a LOT more team oriented now. You can throw a flash to help entry and not worry about "wasting it" assuming you capitalize on it and get two kills.

Still won't be good enough for a solo entry but he'll definitely see more use as a second entry IMO. Might still be the worst duelist but he's a lot better just with that change alone
