The flash being his new rechargeable ability makes him a LOT more team oriented now. You can throw a flash to help entry and not worry about "wasting it" assuming you capitalize on it and get two kills.

Still won't be good enough for a solo entry but he'll definitely see more use as a second entry IMO. Might still be the worst duelist but he's a lot better just with that change alone

second entry as a duelist in neon meta? are we going sacrifice initiator util for a couple of flashes? he won't be used unless it's like sadhaak
