went from 315 to 375 today lets fucking gooooo (fuck deadlifts )
I don't know my max since I've been doing 290 8 reps 3 sets or 200 15 reps 3 sets. I don't use a belt because of my sensitive skin and the pressure from the belt causes some bruises. When I tried doing more than that I can feel my intestine bulging which hurts a lot. It's not as severe as a hernia but it could lead to one.
