unfortunately i see pacific winning ascension rather convincingly. buut maybe they make finals and he gets the pickup from that.

Nah it shouldn't make a difference. Apeks and Liquid were affiliated in the same way. In their case the affiliation just broke off when Apeks ascended.

Except BBL basically bought Pcific. They even changed the val teams name to BBL Pcific its only a partnership on paper because they technically aren’t allowed to outright buy Pcific
