I am sorry but that would be near impossible or would simply take a long time as there is an order to who becomes head member. After me its cloudberry, after cloudberry its any of the 3rd tier members of the Canadian council which will come to a vote. It takes many years to become a high enough ranking member to be in the running for Head member of The Canadian Council.
