If you're struggling internally, mentally and physically, and you can't eat properly and exercising don't help, what do you guys do? Without taking meds. Serious question btw, please advise and help. For a family relative who I care for.

what if the body rejects insulin for whatever reason?
I guess it depends on what kind of Diabetes, if they have low blood sugar then they should eat or drink stuff with sugar, if they have high blood sugar then they need insulin

Iirc the patient has to reduce the insulin resistance
Exercising helps but since you say they can't do so, seeing a doctor is your last resort :(
